A simple evening routine to help you wind down and wake up more rested.
Wellness Hub editorial · · 6 min read

Your body loves rhythm. Going to bed and waking up at similar times is one of the most powerful sleep habits there is.
Week one: fix the wake time
Pick a wake-up time and keep it every day, weekends included. Get daylight within the first hour.
Week two: protect the last hour
Dim the lights, put the phone away and keep the bedroom cool and dark in the hour before bed.
When to ask for help
If sleep stays difficult, talk with a professional consultant. Ongoing sleep problems deserve a proper review.
